REGISTER TO VOTE

Any person eighteen (18) years of age, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of Lincoln Charter Township for thirty (30) days may register to vote.  Registration for school elections and for the Village of Stevensville are taken at the same time. 
Registration may be made during regular office hours or by appointment with the Township office.  Registrations may also be made at any Secretary of State's office.

LINCOLN CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF REVIEW

The organizational meeting of the Lincoln Charter Township Board of Review will be held on March 6, 2012 at 9:30 am at the Lincoln Charter Township Municipal Bldg. No appeals of 2012 assessments will be heard at this meeting.

The Board of Review will meet to hear appeals of 2012 assessments on March 12, 9 am-9 pm AND March 14, 9:15 am-5 pm. Appointments should be made by calling 429-1589 x22 or 13 during regular business hours.

Resident and non-resident property owners may protest by letter on or before March 12, 2012.

 

The Township will provide necessary reasonable auxillary aids and services to those with disabilities planning to attend upon three (3) days notice to the Township Clerk. If you require such aids or services and plan to appeal in person, please call the Township.

Snow plowing of Subdivision streets

 

The Berrien County Road Commission will snow plow subdivision roads during normal working hours of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. If the snow on subdivision streets is greater than four inches deep, the the Road Commission will also plow the subdivision streets on overtime after all the primary and local roads have been plowed.
